VACCUM BLOCK REINFORCEMENT SYSTEM
We are the first company in India, to offer marble, granite, and natural stone Block Reinforcement with a Vacuum system to make fragile/cracked blocks saw-able. This system has been used by our customers since 2017 for the reinforcement of various types of Indian and Imported Blocks. This system is used by several quarry owners in India, Iran, Turkey, Vietnam, and Oman at the quarry head and we count many prominent Indian Natural Stone companies among our clients.
The system essentially comprises:
- Vacuum machine – 1 no.
- Vacuum collection tank – 1 or 2 nos.
The consumables required for effective Block Reinforcement include High-Quality UV Resistant Epoxy Systems, High-Quality HDPE Bags, Flow Medium Net, Spiral Pipes, Valves, and Sealing tapes.
The objective of Block Reinforcement is to make the fractured natural stone block suitable for handling, transportation, and cutting using gang saws, multiwire, or block saws.
